~♥DAY SEVEN♥~

::24th April 2014::

This is our final day in Busan and I just realized that my date with my Buyeo Jagiya took SEVEN days which is also coincidencely his favourite number!….ㅎㅎㅎ…Some of us woke up early, walked over to Haeundae Market to pack some breakfast for those who wanted to relax at the hotel^^ These 3 cute little Korean yojas will help me show you some of my favourite Korean rice cakes called Tteok and Songpyeon^^

This is our Novotel building which…. on the right side is the Haeudae Beach and on the left side is the way to the the subway station. 

We walked over on the zebra crossing where "Kang In Joon" was standing facing the Novotel while filming^^…Note the same cardigan he was wearing so he must have continued from his Taejongdae Park filming that day^^

We walked down about less than 2 minutes , on our right is the Haeudae market^^ This one is the day time shot and facing out wards…meaning this photo is showing the entrance of the market^^

This is also where "Zhu Li" was walking on a night scene in "Scent"! Talking about coincidence again!…this babo was walking up and down taking lots of photos of so many food for two days in a row and ate the "eels" for dinner here the day before & today's kalguksoo for breakfast ^^…ㅎㅎㅎ

This is a night shot of the Haeudae market and noticed the green oblong signage along the rows of shops? There are alot of street food here day and night!^^

Here is the corner shop selling the famous regular street food which looked interesting^^ I tried the  Sundae for the first time and my family members find it surprisingly tasty^^

Walking down the lanes, we saw plenty of different types of Tteok and Songpyeon so I bought some for everyone to try and it was really super good! 

These Tteok are freshly made and I could still felt it was warm^^

I remembered sending this cute picture to Julie Nim last year on Chuseok Day saying I overfed Sihoo Oppa songpyeon and make her laughed^^~ ㅎㅎㅎㅎ…and there I was…the super babo also overfeeding herself with all the delicious songpyeons and tteoks^^ㅎㅎㅎㅎ….karma yo?!

The below is the also another type of rice cake called Baekseolgi cooked by steaming^^

Clara Onni love it so much especially the sesame coated ones^^ She doesn't fancy rice cakes but she thinks Korean ones are exceptionally good!^^ I love them all and this babo can go on eating….ㅎㅎㅎ

After packing all the food, we went back to our Novotel and this is a location where Sihoo Oppa was filming too!^^ It was just beside our hotel! Note the "Smart Beach" signage^^

Zhu Li must have "missed" Kang In Joon when he walked past behind her so probably it was worse for this blur babo when I was looking for Cafe Swallow to date him!^^~ ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

Kang In Joon must be walking up and down this whole area couple of times coz I can still catch his sweet scent lingering around^^….ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Kang In Joon Ssi!!!….were you looking for Zhu Li or Mei Park?…ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

We went back down for a proper breakfast at the same Haeundae market and look!….more yummy Tteoks and Songpyeons^^~ ㅎㅎㅎ

Alot of shops are not open yet coz it was still early so we went to this one which sold noodles , opened at 9am^^ I ordered this seafood kalguksu ( knife cut noodles/handmade noodles ) quite similar to our Malaysian version of pan meen and I loved it! Look at those huge clams!! @@!

This is the Jajangmyeon which is Clara Onni's favourite^^ She told me the ones in Seoul was even more tastier in her last trip. This is my first time trying this dish out but I preferred my seafood kalguksu^^ However, this noodles also reminded me of Lee Dong Seuk!^^….ㅎㅎㅎ

When I stepped out of the shop, I saw some vendors selling these seaweed and seafood^^ They had the fresh and dried seaweed which looks totally different^^ It is the basically most important and nutricious ingredient in the Korean birthday seaweed soup^^

Live fishes which is hardly seen by this city bumpkin babo who hardly go to wet market^^ More octopus but not alive tho -.-

These are bunches of nutricious kkhaennip ( red Korean shiso/perilla/sesame leaves), one of Clara Onni and my favourite which is not sold in Malaysia -.-

After breakfast, we all headed back to Kukjae the new Myeongdong of Busan ….coz some us wanted to look around more for shopping and more food^^ When I am in Korea, naturally anything that spells PARK will attract my attention in a funny way I can't explain…ㅎㅎㅎ….so…as we were walking towards the subway station, my eyes caught this innovative signage selling MINI cars so I looked up…and what do I see that made me laugh out loud?….PARK!^^….ㅎㅎㅎ ….OK! I will park myself here as Mei Park as I please^^~ㅎㅎㅎ

Next!…when we were in Kukjae, I passed another signage that spelled PARKland^^….ㅎㅎㅎ My old Korean Beau JDG used to be their spokesman but now Jo In Sung Ssi replaced him^^….

*dialing Parkland Korea*…So!….when is my Buyeo Jagiya's turn?….he is a PARK yo!^^~ㅎㅎㅎ

More pretty flowers in sight for a beautiful spring in Busan city!^^

Look at those pretty little latterns in half green and pink that grace the whole street of the new Myeongdong of Busan ~:: Kukjae!

We went down to some ARTS street below the road level and I walked past this gallery selling this painting of my old beau Jang Dong Gun (talking about coincidence in memory?)….and Gary from Running Man!^^ I wonder what were they doing together on this masterpiece? Must be the work of an ardent fan^^

Everyone went crazy on their buying spree and when lunch came, we went to this corner restaurant from countless rows of them…@@!….we can't even made up our mind which one to enter….but it turned out to be a fantastic meal!^^

Their beef and pork BBQ was really tasty! This super babo learnt for the 1st time through the waitress who served us, we could actually add the banchans and kimchis in to BBQ and eat them^^

After lunch and shopping in Kukjae, we headed back to the Lotte Departmental Store again^^ After another round of shop and drop, we headed downstairs for some tea time and look at these sliced marinated beef sold in the supermarket!!! Ohhh….lucky Koreans!!^^ Wish I can bring some home for BBQ!^^

Then I saw this HUGE octopus sitting on a stall as if posing for me^^~ㅎㅎㅎ….Some part were sliced , neatly packed and sold^^

We stopped by Lotte famous chain "Angel in us" Coffee for a drink^^

With all our heavy shopping spree goods,  we hopped on the subway train and headed towards Busan's most famous landmark Gwangan Bridge in view from the beach where Kang In Joon left his "scent"^^….ㅎㅎㅎ

Another different colors…red and yellow little pretty lanterns adorned the whole street just beside the Gwangalli Beach ^^

There goes Kang In Joon walking on the beach with the seagulls circling him and Min Jung^^

Surprisingly, not a seagull was seen on a cool spring day when we were there^^….Note those 3 buildings in the distance and the beautiful Gwangalli Beach with rows of pine trees ^^

It is also where Zhu Li was standing…perhaps waiting for Kang In Joon as the movie "Scent" has not premiered at the time of my writing^^

As we were walking back to the subway station, we passed some vendor selling tidbits and those candy floss has some stories behind them for every PSH fan like me^^~…ㅎㅎㅎ

This was what I replied to his twitter when he assured us that he ate well while working in Shanghai^^

And this was what Sihoo Oppa fed his lucky fan Mei Er in his Beijing trip and looking at two of those sticks of candy floss in such an adorable way^^~ㅎㅎㅎ

When we got back to our Novotel, I asked for a map from the hotel reception and the way to get to Cafe Swallow in a better & shorter way than previously^^ So this is the 1st map which this super babo took yesterday to date Kang In Joon…look how far I walked and walked!^^ -.-

Yeah….Seo In Woo teased me….AigooOOOo….why did you keep walking….and walking like this to date Kang In Joon???…..ㅎㅎㅎ

This is the correct and shortest way to get to Cafe Swallow!!…ㅎㅎㅎ
ArrasooOO…I "swallowed" my pride and started walking again with Clara Onni and another family member before sun sets by following the route the hotel staff gave me through the google 3D map^^

Here this super babo went again…on her 2nd date with Kang In Joon^^ We walked out from our hotel lobby, turn right, walk straight until we reached a 3 corner junction and crossed the road to the opposite side. These are the landmarks which I took photo of which lead me there^^

Ahead on my right is the Big Sale Mart…kept walking^^

Walked past Sihoorang's "WOORI BANK" on the right too^^

Further ahead, walked past the Haeudae Spa Center^^

Walk another 3 minutes , this super babo came to this junction with a double storey house at the corner^^

Turn right immediately and there it is….Cafe Swallow!…my dating venue with Kang In Joon!^^~

Zhu Li is even more smarter than this super babo Mei Park coz she found the Cafe Swallow faster than me hence she ended up with Kang In Joon!!….>.<;…ㅎㅎㅎ …

I ordered the blueberry patbingsu again facing the "Kang In Joon" chair^^….ㅎㅎㅎ

The cutest part of this dessert is,… Song Nim the owner of this cafe whom I will introduce in a short while…who prepared it….ran out in a sudden…and ran back behind the counter…so I was pretty curious about his sudden motion and found out much later that he actually ran out to his shop front where he planted lots of organic mint leaves (just behind where Chen Ran stood in the photo) and plucked them to garnish the blueberry patbingsu for me!^^….ㅎㅎㅎ

According to Song Nim….Sihoo Oppa's younger brother cum manager Woo Ho Ssi sat at this particular corner while waiting for him to finish his filming^^

I also ordered the yummy honey bread again coz yesterday I had no chance to eat it at all!!!

This is Song Nim, the certified barista Cafe Owner with Sihoo Oppa^^ Noticed how petite Sihoo Oppa's face is?….and Song Nim is pretty tall but Oppa is even taller! ^^…@@!

When Song Nim saw us returning for the second time today, he was very happy and friendly and told me lots of stories about Oppa and his experience of having a Korean superstar in his cafe! At first I thought he was a Japanese and then after the 2nd visit, he told me he is a Korean. He spoke very limited English with me so I had to put my hilarious Korean in use again and made him laughed alot!^^..ㅎㅎㅎ

This is what Song Nim told me about his encounter with Sihoo Oppa while he was filming there^^

He said the whole filming took 4 hours to complete….2 hours to prepare Oppa with his make up and the rest 2 hours with Chen Ran and Oppa acting their scenes. While Oppa was having his make up done…he politely asked Song Nim to make his secret drink that kept him active during his filming ~ double shot expresso neat without sugar! 

Song Nim served him the 1st cup of double expresso, Oppa just took it and took a straight gulp and turned to Song Nim and asked him for a SECOND cup!…Song Nim was very surprised and went on to make him a 2nd cup and served him again. This time Oppa took his time to enjoy his 2nd cup! 

OOhhhhh….it was still winter then and it was cold according to Song Nim. So Sihoo Oppa needed to get some hot strong coffee to keep him warm so that makes a quad of expresso in his body system!^^ @@! Song Nim was very impressed with Oppa up close and remarked that he is really very handsome and very polite in person with a superstar charisma!^^

Sihoo Oppa seemed to be working very well with the friendly Chen Ran and I guess both of them must be communicating in English^^

After a long chat with Song Nim, he showed me Oppa's autograph for his young son^^

Before I left the Cafe, Song Nim was very grateful that I took my family members there for the 2nd time so he said to me…if he can offer me a free drink as a gesture of thanks. I thought for awhile and hesitate coz at this late hour, caffeine will definitely keep me awake but I have come this far to date Kang In Joon twice in this special cafe so I told Song Nim…can you please make me Sihoo Oppa's special drink…double shot expresso like the way you made for him? He laughed out loud and nodded his head in agreement^^ My usual favourite coffee has always been Cafe Latte or Machiatto for years and though I have tried my 1st double shot expresso, also FREE…served by a French cafe owner in Paris overlooking the Opera House long ago, looks like this is my SECOND FREE expresso since that day! Talk about dejavu in a different city!…ㅎㅎㅎ I took a sip…and that was it!…the aroma of the expresso swirling around my nose…teasing me that my Kang In Joon was indeed here dating me in the end!….ㅎㅎㅎ

We walked back the same way we came from our Novotel and got ready for our last dinner in Busan! 

After walking around the busy Haeundae area and looking around for some nice restaurant, we came upon some locals lining up to get into this BBQ restaurant. Looks promising coz it was packed inside!

We were given a number on a waiting lists and after 10 - 15 minutes , we were ushered in and the waiter was so nice to sit us just next to the open window with the cool breeze that kept away the BBQ smell^^ Nice and enjoyable place to wind down after a long day of walking with some sumptious food!

Their banchans (side dishes) are something different from the regular ones^^ We enjoyed them all!

These are the best cut of pork loins we had so far in our trip and had a second order coz it was too delicious!!!

Everyone kept praising the pork was sooooo GOOD!! Honestly, I am not a pork eater….but in Korea, the pork is exceptionally good so I had to eat them! In this trip, I had my filled of pork for the next couple of years till my next return to the "Land of the Morning Calm"….ㅎㅎㅎ

I can still hear them sizzling away….can you?…..ㅎㅎㅎ

That's my last most enjoyable meal in Busan till my next trip back to Korea coz Mei Park is still waiting for …her Buyeo Jagiya….Sihoo Oppa!^^

That last night in Busan…the caffeine just kicked into my body system and this is how I was…all over the place in my hotel room like my JOJO…very active and packing up my luggages and I DID NOT SLEEP A WINK till I reached Malaysia the next day at night, 24 hours later! NO JOKE! That coffee was really something!!!….coz it was a REN JUN COFFEE specially made by Song Nim for Sihoo Oppa^^…..ㅎㅎㅎ
